Help navigating growth or change to set the best direction for your organisation.
If your organisation is at a growth point and needs an outside head and heart to help find the right strategy and governance for your next steps, I can be your empathetic guide.
I have experience leading not-for-profit organisations through significant growth periods (and contractions, because bigger isn’t always what’s needed!) and can work with your small not-for-profit to track a strategic path forward.
I focus on targeted strategies that apply regenerative business principles for positive internal outcomes alongside external impact. I understand working in resource-constrained environments to make change happen, without relying on human burnout as the buffer in the system.
I can help you work through the long term impact you want to see, the outcomes you want to achieve along the way, and how you’ll know you’ve reached your goal. I can guide you through breaking those down into achievable actions for the near term, and how you’ll equip your team to get there.
Alongside holding a Master of Environment that included leadership, strategy, and business subjects, I am also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, specialising in Co-ops and Mutual Economy, which gives me added expertise in governance, strategy, and business structures. I have undertaken further training in facilitation with the Groupworks Institute, equipping me with skills to guide teams through the tricky conversations that can arise while reaching a strategy.
